Originally, bolts were produced based on sample drawings provided by customers. Customers complained that it was difficult to align the bolts with the threaded holes during assembly, resulting in low assembly efficiency and even slippage when using the assembly gun, posing a safety hazard. Following the advice of our engineers, the bottom of the thread of each bolt was chamfered to facilitate customer employees to align the threaded holes during assembly, reducing safety hazards during assembly and improving assembly efficiency.
